Altos de Mazo
This is a beautiful itinerary through a ground track crossing an intermountain cropping area and pastures with monteverde vegetation (Laurel forests, Tree Heath and Fayatree). There are several parcels adapted for livestock with wooden and wire fences limiting the typical grazing areas for livestock. These parcels are cut by the end of the summer, creating polygonal stains, contrasting with the surrounding hill. The trip shows panoramic views towards Roque Niquiomo rook at the upper part and towards the Montaña Vinijobre mountain at the lower part, being boxed between both silhouettes.
